⭐️ Terms of Service ⭐️
I will only work on characters with proper reference sheets.
Payments can be made upfront or you can request a partial payment method. (50% given upfront and the other 50% before I send the files){yellow} the transaction will be mainly done via PayPal invoice or ko-fi
Please make sure to give feedback in a timely manner for smoother process.
You will receive a full resolution digital file through Google drive or other file sharing methods. No physical item will be delivered.
I require a minimum of 1-2 months to finish Live2D art or rigging. It may take longer depending on my schedule or the amount of commissions I have during that time frame. If there are any delays I will inform you in advanced. Ultimately, I will make sure the work does not go beyond 3 months of waiting.
Any revisions requested while in the rendering/cutting stage will have extra fees (+10 USD for every revision)
Credits will be required. (@necryonics)
Refunds are only possible under 2 conditions; One, If I have not started on your commission; two, if there are circumstances where I am not able to do your commission. Otherwise, I do not allow them.
I reserve the right to decline any commissions, with or without justifications. Generally this will be due to my schedule, or if I don't think I can execute your request well enough.
It is strictly prohibited to use the finished artwork for anything AI related.
